ROLLEASE ACMEDA ACQUIRES NEW ZEALAND DISTRIBUTOR - GAT AGENCIES 
 
We are excited to announce that Rollease Acmeda has recently completed the acquisition of GAT Agencies Ltd. This strategic move is aimed at strengthening our market presence and expanding our capabilities to better serve our customers in the New Zealand market.

GAT Agencies will continue its operations seamlessly, without any disruption to its day-to-day functioning. Jeremy Thompson, Sales and Marketing Director at GAT Agencies, will maintain his role, ensuring continuity and stability in leadership. Andrew Robson, who brings with him extensive experience from his time at Rollease Acmeda in Australia, will provide oversight to the company's strategic sales initiatives. He will be closely supported by Mark Cuddy, who oversees the Texstyle Fabric division globally.

Importantly, all current staff members will continue their roles at GAT Agencies, including vital personnel like Vibha Wood and Corben Small. Their expertise and dedication are crucial to the continued success of our operations in New Zealand.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Geoff and Barbara Thompson for their dedication and achievements at GAT Agencies. With their retirement, we wish them all the best for their future endeavours.
